Aviation Law

If the FAA brings an enforcement action to suspend or revoke your license to fly commercial or private aircraft, you are entitled to an administrative law hearing before an NTSB judge, a full panel of NTSB judges, and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Eisele is an AOPA panel attorney.

Injury Law

Corporations, governments, people and the companies that insure them should be held accountable for the harm they cause. If you have been injured, the law requires that you take formal legal action within the time allowed by the law. These time deadlines come up quickly and if you fail to take the required action within the time allowed by the law you may lose all your rights. This is a complex area of the law. You should consult with an attorney immediately (today) to protect your rights.
